What is S-curve warping?
Naive stretching makes everyone look short and wide. Ultrawider applies a content-aware S-curve: pixels at the edges of the frame are warped more aggressively, while the center — where faces, UI elements, and on-screen text usually sit — is left almost untouched. The result: a true 21:9 fill where the subject still looks like a real person, not a melted action figure.

Questions, answered
Will it work on Netflix, Disney+ and other DRM services?
Yes — with limitations. DRM-protected streams cannot be processed pixel-by-pixel by extensions, so for services like Netflix and Disney+ Ultrawider falls back to a basic CSS stretch. You get a full-screen 21:9 image, but without the content-aware S-curve. Full warping works on YouTube (Free + Pro) and any other site with non-DRM video (Pro).
Does it reduce video quality?
No. Ultrawider operates as a real-time visual filter on top of the original video stream. Source resolution and bitrate are untouched — we just remap the geometry to fill your ultrawide display.
Which monitors are supported?
Any ultrawide display: 21:9 (2560×1080, 3440×1440), 32:9 super-ultrawide (5120×1440), or anything wider than standard 16:9. The extension auto-detects your viewport and warps accordingly.
What is your refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan, no questions asked. Email hello@ultrawider.net with the subject line "Refund Request" and we'll process it within 5–7 business days. See the full refund policy.
What about my privacy?
Ultrawider processes video locally inside your browser. We do not see, log, or transmit your viewing activity, browser history, or video content. We collect only what's strictly needed to deliver a paid subscription: email for receipts, and anonymous usage analytics. Full details in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard or by email at any time. You keep Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't pro-rate, but we don't charge again either.
